What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as the technical FAE, working directly with end customers, NVIS and OEM deployment teams from planning through operational handover

  • Coordinate site readiness, equipment availability, installation schedules, and requirements for power, cooling, networking, and system configuration

  • Guide deployment teams through installation, system bring-up, integration, and validation to meet customer acceptance criteria

  • Drive deployment issue resolution and address partner concerns across customer, OEM, and NVIDIA teams. Communicate progress, risks, and recovery plans

  • Maintain deployment documentation and improve procedures based on lessons learned

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline—or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience in data center deployment, systems engineering, infrastructure integration, or technical delivery

  • Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting servers, GPU systems, or clustered infrastructure, with an understanding of power, cooling, storage, and networking

  • Experience with Linux, BIOS/UEFI, BMC management, drivers, firmware, and system diagnostics

  • Strong project-management and customer communication skills, with experience coordinating delivery across multiple organizations

  • Must operate from the Round Rock area and travel to customer and deployment sites as required

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience deploying NVIDIA HGX, DGX, or MGX platforms, or comparable AI and HPC systems

  • Familiarity with liquid cooling, Ethernet or InfiniBand networking, and GPU cluster provisioning and validation

  • Experience automating deployment and diagnostic tasks using Python, shell scripting, or infrastructure automation tools

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 132,000 USD - 207,000 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
