Job description

NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 30 years. Today, we are tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. Doing what has never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent. Join us and help shape the future of computing.

We are looking for a high-calibre Senior Account Manager to join our Australia and New Zealand team. This is a strategic role responsible for growing NVIDIA’s business within the discrete graphics card and PC System business, acting as the conduit between AIC and OEM partners and leading ANZ Channel Resellers. You will translate NVIDIA’s consumer product roadmap into market-ready growth plans, crafting the right product portfolio, positioning, pricing, supply, and go-to-market strategy for the ANZ market. You will manage partner sales into the local distribution channel, building new opportunities across gaming, creator, AI PC, workstation, and personal AI computing. Working closely with our local and regional teams, you will connect partner strategy, product readiness, and market demand.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain senior connections with top add-in-card and OEM partners, acting as their main commercial liaison for NVIDIA’s edge and consumer platforms.

  • Drive partner performance in leading ANZ Channel Resellers: Develop quarterly and annual business plans, manage pipeline and partner sales performance, and deliver against revenue and market-share objectives

  • Develop product and market strategy: Convert NVIDIA’s roadmap into local growth priorities by pinpointing target segments, customer use cases, portfolio opportunities, and the appropriate product and SKU mix for ANZ.

  • Go-to-Market Execution: Lead partner launch plans and market readiness, aligning product availability, marketing programs, channel execution, and demand generation.

  • New Business Development: Build growth opportunities across gaming, content creation, AI PCs, and edge AI by collaborating with developers, ISVs, solution providers, and enterprise teams.

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with regional and product, marketing, operations, and regional sales teams to represent ANZ needs and drive execution.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the PC, semiconductor, consumer electronics, or technology industry.

  • Demonstrated success managing OEM, add-in-card, or other technology-partner relationships and delivering sustained revenue growth.

  • Solid understanding of the PC ecosystem, including desktop components, workstations, distributors, retailers and system integrators.

  • Strong commercial interest in AI with the confidence and capability to lead workshops and partner training sessions that effectively articulate the value proposition of AI-enabled consumer products.

  • Proven capability in business planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, pricing, product launches, and partner-program execution.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make informed decisions based on market, sales, inventory, and competitive data.

  • Strong skills in managing relationships and the ability to guide implementation across partners and cross-functional teams without direct authority.

  • Strategic, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving market with a high degree of ownership.

  • Being able to communicate in Mandarin would be beneficial but is not mandatory.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • A proven record of crafting new product categories, customer segments, or routes to market, and managing established accounts.

  • Experience building business around AI PCs, accelerated applications, workstations, edge AI, or developer and ISV ecosystems.

  • Strong executive relationships across PC OEMs, add-in-card partners, distributors, and the broader technology ecosystem.

  • Experience aligning product, supply, pricing, marketing, and channel teams behind a common growth plan.

  • A reputation as a trusted partner who combines critical thinking, technical curiosity, and disciplined commercial execution.
