In this role, you’ll collaborate across functions and gain exposure to a wide range of stakeholders—including senior leaders—while contributing to projects that influence key business decisions.

As a Strategy & Analytics Co-op, you’ll work on high-impact, fast-paced projects that support meaningful business outcomes while accelerating your professional growth. You’ll gain exposure to core strategy and analytics disciplines, including data analysis, marketing strategy, and operational processes across product, marketing, revenue, and enrollment services.

With mentorship from senior leaders, you’ll help conduct analyses that inform Risepoint’s strategic direction. Working cross-functionally, you’ll structure analyses, develop hypotheses, and deliver actionable, value-added recommendations that drive business growth.

How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life

What You Will Do

  • Structure strategic projects for key products, marketing, strategy, revenue, and enrollment services functions
  • Execute end-to-end data analytics projects by 1) pulling/cleaning data, 2) extracting key insights, 3) communicating hypotheses to senior stakeholders, and 4) impacting our organization’s overall marketing strategies & operations functions
  • Design and create analytical tools, strategic initiatives, and processes that boost our organization’s ability to deliver insights both internally to senior leadership and externally to our university partners
  • Contribute to Risepoint's AI-first analytical practices by incorporating tools like Claude and Databricks Genie into day-to-day workflows to accelerate analysis and communication; AI is a productivity tool here, not a replacement for analytical judgment, and the expectation is full ownership of and accountability for the work product
  • Brainstorm and launch new projects to proactively detect KPIs and inform our university partners about strategic issues, performance, and operations
  • Form a deep understanding of Risepoint’s processes, systems/tools, personnel, strategic direction, and broader market ecosystem (university partners, marketing channels, contact center strategies and workflows)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with senior Directors and VPs to communicate data insights and make data-informed decisions
  • You will work closely with a Director, Manager, and Analysts

What Success Looks Like

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Great ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and maintain analytical accuracy under time pressure; you validate before you publish and catch discrepancies before they reach stakeholders.
  • Collaborative problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, driving change through analytical insights
