Job description

Senior Product Marketing Manager

United States | Remote

FoodChain ID is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager – Enterprise to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our Enterprise portfolio, including AI and product lifecycle management solutions.

For more than three decades, FoodChain ID has been at the forefront of the New Food industry, helping companies navigate increasing global demands for transparency, accountability, safety, and sustainability.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on individual contributor role sitting at the intersection of Product, Commercial, and Marketing.

You’ll partner closely with business and product leaders to turn sophisticated technical capabilities into compelling stories that resonate with food and beverage R&D, product development, and compliance buyers. You’ll also bring customer, market, and competitive insights into product roadmap discussions—helping connect what we build with how we take it to market.

What You’ll Do

  • Own differentiated positioning, value propositions, and messaging for the Enterprise portfolio.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches, portfolio expansion, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Management and Product Development to help shape the Enterprise product roadmap using customer, market, and competitive insights.
  • Translate complex technology into clear customer benefits and business outcomes.
  • Develop GTM briefs, solution content, sales materials, demos, case studies, competitive battlecards, and thought leadership.
  • Conduct customer interviews, win/loss analysis, competitive research, segmentation, and persona development.
  • Equip Sales with messaging, training, guides, and enablement tools designed to improve commercial effectiveness.
  • Align Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and technical teams around shared launch plans and messaging.
  • Measure launch performance and continuously refine our approach based on market response.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with 5–7+ years of product marketing experience within a B2B technology, data, or services company serving enterprise and mid-market buyers.

You should have demonstrated experience owning product or portfolio positioning and messaging, rather than solely supporting campaigns, along with the ability to simplify complicated product capabilities for different audiences.

Experience marketing to, working with, or working in the food and beverage supply chain is important. Knowledge of food safety, regulatory, PLM, or formulation is a strong plus.

You’ll also bring strong written and verbal communication, cross-functional influencing skills, project management instincts, and a curious, data-driven approach.

Additional pluses include product management experience and familiarity with Oracle, Siemens, and/or Infor PLM ecosystems.
