Position Overview

Netwrix is looking for an experienced Account Executive to grow a defined enterprise

territory. The role has two priorities: win new logos and uncover and close expansion

opportunities with existing customers.

This is a hands-on sales role. You will build pipeline through direct prospecting, executive

relationships, and partner co-selling, then manage opportunities from the first

conversation through close. Netwrix's identity and data security portfolio gives you several

ways to start conversations and grow accounts across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid

environments.

Candidates must be located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a territory plan that includes targeted new logos and expansion
  • within current customers.
  • Develop relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT security teams, compliance leaders, and
  • other key decision-makers, and position Netwrix as a strategic cybersecurity
  • partner.
  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, account mapping, expansion
  • planning, and co-selling with resellers, systems integrators, and distributors.
  • Run a consultative sales process that connects priorities such as risk reduction,
  • compliance, and cost of control to clear business and security outcomes.
  • Manage complex enterprise opportunities from discovery through close, including
  • pricing, contracts, competitive positioning, and adoption across on-premises,
  • cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Work with pre-sales, marketing, customer success, and channel teams to address
  • customer requirements, support adoption and renewal growth, and develop
  • customer advocates.
  • Stay current on market trends, regulations, and competitors. Keep forecasts,
  • opportunity plans, activity, risks, and next steps accurate and up to date in
  • Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Based in Atlanta,Georgia.
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or IT security, with proven
  • success managing existing customers and winning new business.
  • Experience engaging multiple levels of an organization and managing six- and
  • seven-figure opportunities through multi-quarter sales cycles.
  • Experience with consultative, multi-threaded selling, value-based conversations,
  • and MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, or a similar sales methodology.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to
  • explain complex topics clearly to technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented
  • environment.
  • Ability to maintain accurate Salesforce data and forecasts, with clear pipeline
  • coverage, stage progression, and close plans.
  • Experience co-selling with channel partners and building partner influence in
  • enterprise deals

Preferred

  • Working knowledge of information security concepts relevant to Netwrix, including
  • data classification, access management, auditing, and compliance frameworks
  • such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
  • Experience selling to Global 2000 companies or highly regulated industries.
  • Experience using mutual action plans, executive briefings, and C-level value
  • narratives.
