Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Systems & Analytics Analyst with Revenue Operations (RevOps) experience to support and optimize our go-to-market systems, reporting infrastructure, and data operations. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our technology stack, improving business processes, and helping to deliver actionable insights across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce, Celigo, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn administration capabilities with a data-driven mindset and experience supporting SaaS go-to-market organizations. This role requires someone who is comfortable managing GTM system and CRM architecture, building reports and dashboards, analyzing large datasets, and partnering cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

GTM Systems Administration & Management

  • Maintain overall data integrity, system hygiene, and governance standards across GTM systems
  • Manage and optimize automations, flows, dashboards, and reporting structures across the GTM tech stack
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable GTM system enhancements
  • Ensure the integration between our GTM tech stack tools and other business systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, customer support, billing, or RevOps tools) is maintained
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to end users
  • Conduct regular training and refresher sessions on the GTM technology stack for new hires and existing GTM team members

Revenue Operations & Process Optimization

  • Support forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, lead management, and sales process optimization
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to improve operational workflows and reporting consistency
  • Help establish and maintain KPI frameworks, data definitions, and operational best practices
  • Assist with commission tracking, bookings analysis, churn reporting, and customer lifecycle analytics
  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and visibility across the revenue organization

Reporting, Analytics & Data Management

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and recurring business performance analyses
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational initiatives
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems and proactively identify inconsistencies or gaps
  • Support data imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, and migration efforts
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in GTM systems administration and maintenance (Salesforce or comparable), Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience administering and maintaining Salesforce and other GTM platforms in a professional environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Advanced experience with GTM system data structures, reporting, and dashboard creation, with the ability to apply that expertise in a real-world setting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working within a B2B SaaS business model; healthcare experience is a nice-to-have
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Experience with GTM tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Power BI, Tableau, Spiff, ZoomInfo
  • Experience supporting sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, bookings reporting, and churn/renewal analysis
  • Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, or BI platforms
