  • Operations, Resource & Financial Management through workload coordination and utilization.
  • Technical Oversight & Standards Authority as the Subject Matter Expert and the primary technical lead on client construction standards, regulatory codes, material specifications, and engineering software tools (e.g., DDS, CREWS). This includes dispute resolution and project consulting.
  • People Management, Training & Culture responsibilities from career development, to hiring and onboarding as well as continuous process improvement to elevate your team and quality of work.
  • Administrative Compliance to enforce strict adherence to internal workflows, ensuring that weekly timesheets and expense submittals for the entire distribution engineering team meet strict approval deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, or construction management is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive utility distribution design or electric utility construction experience.
