Role Description:

As an Enterprise Software Salesperson in our Software Sales team, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving our growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and executing on a robust pipeline to meet sales targets.

  • Identifying customer pain points and collaborating with the product team to inform future feature development.

  • Utilizing sales tools to find, prospect, and qualify new leads.

  • Conducting software demonstrations, managing contract negotiations, and closing sales.

  • Fostering lasting relationships with top enterprises, industry partners, and small to mid-sized businesses across various sectors.

  • Engaging in upselling opportunities and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in software sales, specifically targeting government contractors.

  • Strong Portfolio of Contacts in the Government Contracting Space specifically with top 200

  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, lead identification and drip campaign emailing tools, SalesLoft, etc.

  • A talent for innovative and customer-focused solutions, with exceptional communication skills and relationship-building ability.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

  • Ability to work remotely, with a preference for candidates based in the DC, Virginia, or Baltimore area.

  • Innovative, customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • 4 year degree required. Emphasis on relevant experience in software sales and government contractor engagement.
