What You'll Do:

In our Client Service area, this role develops deep relationships with advisors, plan sponsors, trustees, and third-party administrators that are in our 200M+ space with this role specifically focusing on 200M - 1B+.Primary client coverage will be centered on the Midwest to Eastern half of the U.S. This role is the strategic partner to our clients to provide creative solutions that meet business goals of retention, growth, and retirement readiness to name a few.

  • Collaborate with the plan sponsor and the consultant on plan design, investments, retirement readiness, services and new opportunities.
  • Partner on sales opportunities.
  • Planning with C-Suite executives on multiple plan types.
  • Problem solving sophisticated issues.
  • Leading large and complex client projects.

Who You Are:
  • 10+ years of related industry experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following; work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 7+ years of relationship management experience and sales related experience preferred.
  • Must possess excellent leadership, presentation, negotiation, organization, problem solving, persuasive communication, critical thinking, and planning skills.
  • Travel approximately 25-50% of the time. Overnight stays are required.
  • Understanding of the broader marketplace and competitive landscape.
  • Preferred product knowledge of qualified plans and plan design.
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience building client relationships and influencing at all levels but especially at the KDM, committee, or senior executive level; while building and executing on a strategy, successfully dealing with ambiguity to drive results.

Sr. Relationship Director requires all the above plus additional experience listed below:

  • 15+ years of related industry experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following; work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 10+ years of relationship management and/or sales experience. Must have experience working with large and complex clients.
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $127000 - $191000 / year Salary Details:

The following salary ranges reflect market-specific compensation for this position across multiple job levels. Candidates will be evaluated to determine the appropriate job level based on their skills and experience.

  • Sr. Relationship Manager: $127,000 - $171,000 / year
  • Sr. Relationship Director: $141,000 - $191,000 / year
Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible: Yes Additional Information:

Job Level

We are open to hiring at the Sr. Relationship Manager or Sr. Relationship Director levels based off skills and experiences.

Location

This role is a remote position with preference for Midwest to East Coast locations to best serve our clients.
