+3 años de experiencia como Data Scientist, preferiblemente en Modelos, Pricing o CRM.
Experiencia trabajando con Python, SQL y Databricks.
Valorable experiencia sólida con PySpark / SparkML.
Experiencia en construcción e industrialización de modelos de Machine Learning supervisados.
Conocimientos de KNN, K-means y técnicas de clusterización.
Experiencia en modelos de propensión, fuga/churn y segmentación de clientes.
Capacidad para traducir necesidades de negocio en casos de uso analíticos.
Experiencia presentando resultados e insights a perfiles no técnicos.
Capacidad de documentación y comunicación con equipos de negocio.
