As a Program Manager within Project Management, you will serve as a key connection between our clients and operational teams, overseeing the relationship and delivery health across portfolios of clinical studies. You will bring together the right expertise to manage risks, drive consistency, strengthen client partnerships, and support successful delivery across assigned accounts. If you thrive in a dynamic, client-facing environment where you can take ownership, influence decisions, and navigate complexity, we’d love to hear from you.

What We Offer

  • Health, dental, and vision coverage

  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match

  • Paid time off and company holidays

  • Wellness programs and Employee Assistance Program

  • Flexible remote work options

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee delivery health across one or more assigned client portfolios, maintaining visibility across multiple clinical studies and ensuring consistent execution against client expectations.

  • Build trusted client relationships, understand priorities and challenges, and translate client needs into clear actions for Project Management teams, operational teams, and subject matter experts.

  • Identify portfolio-level delivery risks, manage escalations, drive timely resolution, and proactively address issues that could affect client satisfaction, revenue, or future opportunities.

  • Monitor study timelines, financial performance, operational KPIs, and agreed processes across assigned accounts, using insights to support governance discussions and continuous improvement.

  • Partner across the broader account team, including Business Development and Client Success, to support a consistent client experience, account strategy, retention, and long-term growth.

  • Prepare for and participate in client governance and operational meetings, communicating effectively with stakeholders and providing clear recommendations and direction.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceuticals, clinical research, eCOA, or a related client-facing project, program, portfolio, or account environment.

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex client relationships and coordinating delivery across multiple projects, studies, or workstreams.

  • Knowledge of the drug development process; experience with eCOA or clinical study delivery is preferred.

  • Strong judgment and the confidence to make decisions, manage difficult conversations, and constructively challenge stakeholders while maintaining trusted relationships.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating independently in an environment where priorities can change and solutions are not always defined by established processes.

  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance portfolio-level visibility with important operational detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.

  • Ability to work remotely within the United States and travel periodically for client or business meetings.

At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence. It’s a cause that unites and inspires us. It’s why we come to work—and how we empower our people to make a positive impact every day. Whether you're advancing clinical science, building innovative technology, or supporting our global teams, your work helps bring life-changing therapies to patients faster.
