About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Integration Engineer / Test Lead to design, develop, test, and support integrations between Salesforce and external applications and data sources. This role will also lead testing activities to ensure system functionality, data integrity, performance, and integration quality.
Location: Remote.
- The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, one of the states supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices: AL, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA. No relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and integration technologies.
- Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations, data exchanges, and automated processes.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to define integration requirements.
- Develop integration specifications, interface documentation, and technical designs.
- Lead system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation.
- Validate data integrity and end-to-end system functionality.
- Identify, troubleshoot, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Coordinate test execution across development and business teams.
- Support data migration, deployment, release management, and production validation.
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
- Ensure solutions meet established technical, functional, and quality requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce integration, software testing, or related technical roles.
- Strong experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP.
- Experience with integration platforms, middleware, or ETL technologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and system integrations.
- Experience developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Experience with functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
- Strong troubleshooting and defect management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Integration Architect or related Salesforce certification.
- Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.
- Experience with automated testing tools and CI/CD processes.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience testing complex, enterprise-level applications and integrations.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
- Experience leading testing teams or coordinating testing across multiple workstreams.
