The Opportunity:

Maropost is looking for a senior Product Leader to own the vision, strategy, and growth of our Commerce Cloud platform.

Reporting to the Chief Product and Technology Officer,this is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility across the commerce experience—from storefront and checkout to catalog, order management, AI, and personalization. You’ll shape a 12–24 month product strategy, lead a talented product organization, and work closely with Engineering and executive leadership to turn customer and market needs into products that drive measurable growth.

This is a remote-first role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. To stay connected with the wider team and support strong collaboration, the incumbent will be expected to travel to Maropost’s office in Mohali approximately twice a month for in-person team and leadership sessions.

What You'll Do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Commerce Cloud, focused on customer and business outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to use AI to transform commerce, including search, merchandising, personalization, and automation.
• Partner with Engineering and leaders across Marketing, Merchandising, Service, Sales, and Customer Success to create a unified platform experience.
• Stay close to merchants and the market to identify emerging needs, trends, and opportunities.
• Define and drive key product metrics including adoption, activation, retention, and GMV impact.
• Build a culture of ownership, speed, customer focus, and measurable impact.

What You'll Bring

• 12+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years leading product teams.
• Proven experience building and scaling commerce, ecommerce infrastructure, retail technology, or B2B SaaS products.
• Strong experience across areas such as checkout, storefront, catalog/PIM, order management, or related commerce platforms.
• A track record of turning AI into real product capabilities and customer outcomes.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing strong product teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A strong ownership mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or technical background is a plus.
•  Experience with PIM/merchandising, marketplace integrations, AI-powered search, or personalization is a plus.
