Remoto | Collaborazione a lungo termine | Service Agreement

Cerchiamo un Senior Java Developer con una solida preparazione tecnica e un approccio moderno allo sviluppo software basato sull'utilizzo dell'AI.

Non cerchiamo il classico sviluppatore Java che scrive tutto il codice manualmente: la persona utilizzerà Claude Code (Anthropic) quotidianamente su progetti reali e in produzione, mantenendo la responsabilità di progettazione, revisione, debugging e qualità del codice.

Requisiti indispensabili:

  • 4–5+ anni di esperienza con Java

  • Ottima conoscenza di Java 17+, Spring Boot 3 e Spring Security

  • Esperienza con database relazionali, Docker e test automatici

  • Utilizzo quotidiano di Claude Code su progetti reali in produzione

  • Conoscenza approfondita di Keycloak, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect e JWT

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana

  • Capacità di comprendere, correggere e validare il codice generato dall'AI

Cerchiamo una persona che sappia utilizzare l'AI come strumento di sviluppo, mantenendo però piena competenza e responsabilità tecnica sul codice prodotto.

Il ruolo è completamente remoto e prevede una collaborazione a lungo termine tramite Service Agreement.

Per candidati residenti in Italia è richiesta la P.IVA compensation negoziabile in base all'esperienza attorno ai 4500-5500 EUR lordi mese.
