Job description

Who we are - We are web-based video-on-demand networks with a focus on adult entertainment, based out of Downtown Miami. We are a group of creative souls with diverse backgrounds. If you are also a true believer of work hard & play hard, this is the place to be. At PSM, you will enjoy a fun & casual environment, team-building retreats, startup spirits, and great benefits.

What we do - We discover what excites the world and deliver it seamlessly to our members! We are the creators of top sites you know and love. We are leading the industry by using cutting-edge technologies to deliver top-quality content. Our content and websites are published exclusively and enjoyed by millions of fans worldwide.

What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Sales Manager to be the right hand to our VP of Revenue & Growth. You will take direct ownership of our affiliate program, and every external referral relationship it depends on the deal terms, the payouts, the negotiations, and the partner conversations that decide what our traffic is actually worth. From there, you will grow into operational leadership of the sales-generating teams. This job is a REMOTE position.

The job will expose you to the content of adult nature. If this is something you are not comfortable with please do not apply.

We will contact you via email only. We will not contact you via phone calls or any 3rd party messaging system. Please be aware of any job offer scam. The job will start on a 90-day probationary period. Learn more about us here (link to http://paperstreetmedia.com/)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own the affiliate program end to end program structure, partner mix, commission and payout terms, cross-sell arrangements, and the commercial decisions that determine program profitability.
  • Act as the named relationship owner for our revenue-generating partners and traffic sources: negotiate terms, run periodic business reviews, and escalate platform or policy changes that put revenue at risk.
  • Improve the efficiency of our partner-sourced traffic on the levers we control: conversion and payout per acquisition, eliminating low-quality traffic and prioritizing high-quality partners against a defined baseline.
  • Build and own a real business development pipeline: identify opportunities, run the negotiations, and close deals of consequence without needing executive escalation for every step.
  • Improve the scale and diversity of our sales programs through effective relationship & partner management and new business development initiatives.
  • Manage and develop the account managers and channel operators who run these programs across multiple regions and time zones, with the consistent one-to-one attention that turns good operators into strong ones.
  • Run a disciplined weekly operating cadence for the channels you own, scoring reviews, issues surfaced and worked to resolution, named owners, and dated commitments.
  • Own the channel scorecards and the inputs to weekly and monthly business reviews of new and recurring revenue volume, cost per acquisition, trial-to-paid conversion, partner payout, and contribution margin and be able to defend the numbers before they inform a decision.
  • Support monthly and quarterly forecasting for the segments you carry, and own variance to plan.
  • Build succession into your own workstreams: document what you own, name backups, and leave no process that depends on one person, yourself included.
  • Represent the revenue position for your channels in the forums where those channels are decided, and stand in for the VP of Revenue & Growth in those forums as your authority expands.
  • Stay ahead of industry, platform, and regulatory shifts, including age-verification requirements that change how and where we acquire and monetize customers.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support overall goals.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI tooling.
  • Solid experience in affiliate, partner, or performance-marketing management, with direct ownership of commercial terms rather than support of someone else’s deals.
  • A track record of negotiating and closing partner or affiliate agreements yourself, including payout structures and cross-sell arrangements.
  • People management experience, including distributed, offshore, or contractor teams, with evidence you raised the performance of the team you inherited. If your management experience is lighter than your commercial experience, tell us we will weigh it, but we will not pretend the role does not require it.
  • Strong commercial and analytical judgment: fluent in cost per acquisition, lifetime value, contribution margin, retention, and cohort analysis, and able to defend a decision with data rather than instinct.
  • Working data literacy able to interrogate a dataset, specify the reporting a channel needs, and recognize when the numbers are wrong before they reach leadership.
  • Disciplined operating rhythm: comfortable running recurring meetings that produce named owners, dated commitments, and closed loops rather than open discussion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to brief executive leadership concisely and lead cross-functional conversations without formal authority.
  • Comfortable with autonomy and full accountability, and willing to make a call without complete information.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience within the adult entertainment industry, or another high-volume direct-response vertical, with an existing network of partner and platform relationships.
  • Subscription or recurring-revenue experience trial-to-paid, churn, and LTV modeling.
  • Media buying or ad network experience, including direct negotiation with networks and traffic partners.
  • Hands-on experience operating tube, UGC, or marketplace channels, including tier, quota, or partner-program mechanics.
  • Experience owning promotional and pricing execution against a fixed calendar.
  • Familiarity with SQL / BigQuery or similar for self-serve analysis.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with a structured operating system for running a team (EOS or similar).
