Patch is looking for a highly-motivated, analytical, and agile Ad Ops Associate to join the Sales org. Your attention to detail, penchant for accuracy, and investigative curiosity drive you. You have a vested interest in growth and in the ever-evolving Ad Ops industry, as this role is positioned for growth. You will start off responsible for quality control, order setup and IO/contract fulfillment through a campaign lifetime and potentially work on projects as you and the Head of Revenue Operations see fit.

  • Liaise with Account Management, Sales, and other internal and external contacts through a campaign’s lifetime
  • Reserve inventory and alert key stakeholders of potential mishaps, e.g., double-bookings and/or at-risk delivery
  • Launch and update campaigns according to contracted flight dates both ad hoc and scheduled
  • Run and manage daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting
  • Perform quality control checks of client assets to ensure compliance with media specs and guidelines
  • Supply screenshots and shares sales collateral upon request
  • Collaborate with Account Management to adjust campaigns for optimal performance
  • Support Sales, Account Management, and Senior Director of Ad Ops during pre- and post-sale stages
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and notify key stakeholders from discovery to resolution

  • Qualifications
  • 1-2 years experience in a trafficker, Ad Ops, or digital media role
  • Great attention to detail and a propensity for data mining
  • Working to intermediate expertise in Google Ad Manager, Google Ad Manager 360 or another ad server
  • Familiarity with ad serving concepts, e.g., network, inventory, taxonomy, competitive separation, priorities, optimization, dayparting, macros, viewability, etc.
  • Familiarity with third-party tags and reporting UIs, e.g., DCM, Flashtalking, Moat, etc.
  • Knowledge of media math, e.g., CPM, eCPM, CTR, VCR, RPM, in-view rate, etc.
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets, Numbers, and/or Excel and formulas/functions, e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, etc.
  • Knowledge of session tools, e.g., Chrome Developer Tools, Charles, Firebug, force console a plus
  • Familiarity with programmatic and header bidding a plus
  • Familiarity with IAB/MRC guidelines
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript a plus
  • Great oratory and written communication skills
