AI Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI Specialist to lead the adoption, implementation, and optimization of Artificial Intelligence across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging AI to solve business problems, automate workflows, improve productivity, and introduce scalable AI solutions.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities where AI can create value, designing AI-powered workflows, evaluating emerging AI technologies, and enabling teams to work smarter through automation and intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Innovation

• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into business operations.

• Research, evaluate, and recommend new AI tools and technologies.

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and automation platforms.

• Develop AI adoption strategies and implementation roadmaps.

AI Workflow Development

• Design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows.

• Create intelligent automations that reduce manual effort.

• Develop AI agents for task execution and decision support.

• Integrate AI solutions into existing business systems using APIs and automation platforms.

Prompt Engineering

• Design and optimize prompts for different AI models.

• Develop reusable prompt libraries and AI playbooks.

• Improve AI response quality through testing and iteration.

• Implement prompt management best practices.

AI Tools & Automation

• Configure and maintain AI-powered automation platforms.

• Build workflows using tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms.

• Connect AI services with CRMs, databases, cloud storage, communication platforms, and productivity tools.

• Troubleshoot and optimize AI automations.

AI Knowledge Management

• Build internal AI assistants trained on company documentation.

• Organize and structure knowledge bases for AI retrieval.

• Improve information accessibility using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or similar techniques.

AI Governance & Quality

• Monitor AI performance and output quality.

• Ensure responsible and secure use of AI.

• Document AI solutions, workflows, and best practices.

• Recommend improvements based on performance metrics and user feedback.

Collaboration & Training

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.

• Train internal teams on AI tools and best practices.

• Provide technical support and guidance on AI implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential

• Proven experience implementing AI solutions in a business environment.

• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.

• Excellent prompt engineering skills.

• Experience building AI workflows and automations.

• Experience using automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar.

• Strong understanding of AI APIs and integrations.

• Experience integrating AI with third-party applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Preferred

• Experience building AI agents and autonomous workflows.

• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.

• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, or other LLM APIs.

• Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar).

• Experience with vector databases and embeddings.

• Knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks.

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, or CRM integrations.

• Experience with low-code/no-code development platforms.
