Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Location:

Remote throughout North Carolina for candidates who currently reside in the state. Attorneys near Charlotte may also have the option to work in person or in a hybrid arrangement.

Note:

Candidates must have an active North Carolina State Bar license and at least 2+ years of legal experience. Personal injury experience is preferred but not required.

Job Description

  • Manage personal injury matters while monitoring client treatment, case progress, and important deadlines.
  • Negotiate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties to pursue favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Review cases, provide case approvals, and help guide strategy throughout the claims process.
  • Serve as a trusted attorney-level point of contact for clients and provide clear, professional communication.
  • Collaborate closely with case managers, attorneys, and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution.
  • Evaluate case value, identify issues, and take initiative when complex situations require attorney involvement.
  • Maintain organized and accurate case files while delivering a consistently positive client experience.

Qualifications

  • Active North Carolina State Bar license.
  • 2+ years of legal experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and case management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a larger legal team.
  • Must reside in North Carolina for the remote option.
  • Personal injury, plaintiff-side, insurance claims, or civil litigation experience is preferred but not required.
  • Solo-practice attorneys with transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
