What You’ll Do

• Interpret conversations accurately and completely between Mandarin and English.

• Maintain impartiality and confidentiality during assignments.

• Listen attentively and communicate information clearly.

• Follow professional standards and company procedures.

• Prepare for assignments and maintain professional conduct.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.

• Strong listening, comprehension, and communication skills.

• The ability to convey information accurately in both languages.

• Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Availability to meet the position’s scheduling requirements.

Previous interpreting experience is not required. Backgrounds in customer service, administration, education, or other communication-focused roles may be helpful, but fluency in both languages is essential.

Position Details

• Employment type: Full-time

• Work arrangement: Fully remote

• Schedule: 7–8 hours per day, 5 days per week, with 2 days off. Shifts may include daytime or overnight schedules aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST) and Eastern Standard Time (EST).

• Compensation: USD $7.00 per hour logged in

• Payment terms: Net 10 (NET10)

• Training: 3 weeks of paid, certified training

• Language requirements: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
