This is a remote position.

AU Rostering & Admin Coordinator (NDIS) - Remote
About PeoplePartners
  • Great careers start with great people — and at PeoplePartners, people come first.
  • We’re a Great Place to Work® certified company connecting talented professionals with exciting opportunities and Australian businesses. Here, you’ll get more than a role: you’ll gain global exposure, meaningful learning opportunities, and room to grow your career while being part of a vibrant, supportive culture.
  • We believe great work happens when people feel trusted, valued, and connected. If you’re ready to build your career with a team that takes its work seriously — without taking itself too seriously — you’ll feel right at home.
Role Overview
  • A great roster is more than names, shifts, and times. It keeps services running and helps ensure people receive the support they’re counting on.
  • As our AU Rostering & Admin Coordinator (NDIS), you’ll take ownership of day-to-day rostering and administration for one of our Australian clients, coordinating staff schedules around client needs and service requirements.
  • When shifts change, priorities collide, or coverage suddenly disappears, you’ll be the person who brings order to the moving pieces. You’ll manage allocations, replacements, and last-minute changes while keeping stakeholders informed and maintaining service continuity.
  • If solving a complicated roster feels more like a satisfying puzzle than a headache, you may have found your next role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, manage, and maintain staff rosters.
  • Coordinate shift allocations, replacements, and reallocations.
  • Manage last-minute roster changes and scheduling requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain service continuity.
  • Manage complex and changing staff schedules.
  • Monitor rostering efficiency and identify scheduling issues.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate administrative records.
  • Support recruitment administration.
  • Maintain compliance-related records and documentation.
  • Use rostering and workforce management systems to manage schedules.
  • Identify opportunities to improve rostering and administrative workflows.
  • Manage competing priorities within required timeframes.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of rostering or scheduling experience.
  • Strong administration and reporting experience.
  • Experience creating and managing complex staff rosters.
  • Experience managing high-volume and changing schedules.
  • Experience using rostering or workforce management systems.
  • Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritise competing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with NDIS rostering.
  • Experience within the disability or healthcare sector.
  • Experience with Deputy or a similar workforce management system.
  • Experience supporting compliance requirements within an NDIS, disability, or healthcare environment.
  • Experience in BPO, contact centre, workforce planning, or another high-volume scheduling environment may also be relevant where strong rostering experience is demonstrated.
Why Join PeoplePartners?
  • At PeoplePartners, you’ll have the opportunity to build your career while supporting an Australian organisation where great rostering has a direct impact on service delivery.
  • You’ll enjoy the flexibility of a work-from-home setup, international exposure, and opportunities to learn, develop your capabilities, and grow your career. You’ll also become part of our Great Place to Work® certified, people-first culture, where trust, connection, and great work go together.
  • Working remotely doesn’t mean working disconnected. You’ll have opportunities to connect, learn, and celebrate through PeoplePartners employee engagement activities, while gaining valuable experience working with Australian teams and systems.
  • If you know that great rostering is equal parts planning, problem-solving, and people coordination, we’d love to hear from you. Apply through PeoplePartners and tell us about the most complex roster you’ve successfully managed.
