Job description

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.

This is a strategic, principal-level technical leadership role responsible for shaping MinIO's Global Systems Integrator (GSI) strategy and expanding MinIO's influence across the AI ecosystem. The role partners directly with the business-facing GSI leader to drive the technical strategy behind MinIO's alliances with Accenture, Capgemini, EY, Deloitte, Kyndryl and other GSIs. The business leader owns commercial strategy while this role owns technical vision, ecosystem influence, and partner technical engagement.

The charter is to establish MinIO as the data foundation for Enterprise AI by leveraging strategic ecosystem partners—primarily NVIDIA and Databricks—to create repeatable AI Factory architectures, joint offerings, and technical GTM motions. This is not a customer implementation role; it is a market-facing leadership position responsible for influencing executives, architects, AI practice leaders, engineering organizations, and industry direction.

Why This Role Matters

  • Accelerate MinIO's global GSI strategy through technical leadership.
  • Create technical mindshare with GSIs and strategic ecosystem partners.
  • Drive adoption of AI Factory architectures built on MinIO, NVIDIA, Databricks, and complementary technologies.
  • Influence the market through thought leadership, industry speaking, and joint innovation.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with the business-facing GSI leader to define and execute the global GSI strategy.
  • Build trusted relationships with partner CTOs, Chief Architects, Distinguished Engineers, AI Practice Leaders, and executive leadership.
  • Architect and evangelize end-to-end AI Factory reference architectures spanning compute, GPU infrastructure, networking, Kubernetes, storage, data platforms, AI frameworks, and orchestration.
  • Leverage NVIDIA, Databricks, and the broader AI ecosystem to develop joint offerings, solution blueprints, and GTM motions.
  • Lead Level 2–3 architectural discussions and technical workshops while partnering with Field Architects for customer implementation.
  • Represent MinIO at conferences, executive briefings, analyst meetings, webinars, podcasts, and partner events.
  • Provide strategic feedback to Product and Engineering based on ecosystem trends and partner insights.

Executive & Industry Leadership

  • Influence C-level executives and senior technical leaders.
  • Serve as a recognized thought leader in Enterprise AI, AI Factories, and modern data platforms.
  • Publish blogs, white papers, reference architectures, and technical content that shape market direction.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure, AI, cloud, or distributed systems.
  • Deep understanding of Enterprise AI architectures and AI Factory design.
  • Strong working knowledge of NVIDIA AI Enterprise, DGX/HGX, CUDA ecosystem, AI Factory architectures, networking, and GPU infrastructure.
  • Experience with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, Iceberg, RAG, agentic AI, and modern AI platforms.
  • Experience working with or alongside Global Systems Integrators.
  • Exceptional executive presence, storytelling, whiteboarding, and public speaking.
  • Proven ability to influence strategy without direct authority.

What We Offer:

  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • 401K with 3% Contribution
  • Pre-IPO Stock Options
  • At least 12 Public Holidays
  • Flexible Time Off
