Objetivo del puesto:

  • Liderar el reclutamiento de principio a fin, atrayendo y seleccionando a los mejores talentos de Latinoamérica bilingües italianos para conectar empresas de Europa, impulsando el crecimiento global del equipo

Tus tareas principales:


  • Redacción y publicación de los anuncios de trabajo;

  • Selección y screening de Currículum;

  • Elaboración de assessment y revisión de los mismos;

  • Entrevistas;

  • Presentación de candidatos al cliente;

  • Actualización del sistema de gestión de candidaturas. 


IMPORTANTE:

  • Modalidad: Freelance / Prestación de servicios 

  • Jornada: Full time

  • Inicio de jornada: 12 horas ESPAÑA

  • Remuneración: 500€ - 550€ + Comisiones 



Requisitos


  • Profesionales del área de Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, Psicología o afines;

  • Que tengas experiencia en Reclutamiento de personal;

  • Que logres filtrar con precisión en un Screening con el candidato;

  • Que tengas experiencia entrevistando, idealmente por competencias;

  • Que hayas manejado procesos de onboarding y en comunicación con clientes finales;

  • Dominio del idioma Italiano (preferiblemente C1 en adelante)

  • Dinamismo, proactividad, capacidad de planificación;

  • Empatía para tratar con candidatos y clientes.

Valorable:
  • Será un plus que tengas conocimiento en algún ATS y CRM, Ideal Zoho.
  • Que idealmente domines LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Que idealmente tengas experiencia en perfiles de MKT Digital y IT;​
