The Role & Impact

As a Financial Services Associate (FSA) at enTune, you will go beyond basic bookkeeping to become a trusted partner for our small business clients. In this pivotal role, you will support a Financial Services Manager (FSM) to maximize customer satisfaction by executing high-level financial reporting, AP/AR, and month-end closes with precision.

Working Conditions

This is a 100% remote position. Candidates must have a dedicated, distraction-free home office space and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.

Requirements

What We Look For

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of related accounting experience with strong proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and Enterprise).
  

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  

• Availability: Ability to work approximately 20 hours a week during daytime business hours (Monday through Friday) to support clients and team members.
  

• Tech-Savvy: Confidence in embracing remote tools like Bill.com, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and various CRMs.
