This is a remote position.

ShuruTech is a rapidly growing B2B IT services company specializing in building scalable, secure, and tailored software solutions for global clients. Our focus spans across CRM development, product engineering, cloud transformation, and automation. We’re passionate about empowering businesses to innovate and grow with custom technology solutions.

We are looking for a Technical Lead – Trading Platforms to build and lead a high-performance pricing aggregation, routing, and execution engine, replacing an existing PrimeXM XCore setup. The role focuses on the pricing and execution bridge, similar to PrimeXM, oneZero, FXCubic, and Centroid.
Responsibilities
  • Architect and build low-latency trading systems using Golang or another high-performance backend stack.
  • Develop multi-LP price aggregation, pricing, and smart order routing.
  • Build configurable routing by symbol, client group, and liquidity provider.
  • Support A/B/C-book flow segmentation, markups, spreads, and execution controls.
  • Build reliable FIX connectivity, order processing, fills, rejects, and confirmations.
  • Optimize latency, slippage, fill ratios, and reject rates.
  • Support MT4/MT5 integrations and build FIX/REST APIs.
  • Design resilient infrastructure for LD4/NY4 environments.
  • Lead architecture, code reviews, mentoring, and production troubleshooting.


Requirements

  • 8+ years of backend engineering experience.
  • Strong experience with Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
  • Experience with pricing engines, execution engines, liquidity bridges, trading gateways, or order-routing systems.
  • Strong understanding of FIX, liquidity aggregation, smart order routing, spreads, slippage, and order lifecycles.
  • Experience building low-latency, concurrent, event-driven systems.
  • Understanding of MT4/MT5 and brokerage/trading infrastructure.
