What will you be doing?

Our team is composed of media and analytics professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and measurable value to our clients. You will find success on this team by leveraging your analytical problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills to deliver actionable insights, drive client adoption of Circana's solutions, and support long-term client success.

We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to support client relationships with our advertiser clients in the Wellness, Home Care and Beauty Industries. The Senior Account Manager will partner with Client Leads to develop and deliver actionable media execution recommendations for audiences and measurement solutions that are aligned with client strategy and research objectives. In addition to working on challenging projects with a collaborative team, the Account Management organization represents the voice of the client within Circana to drive product quality and innovation within this fast-paced industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own day to day client relationship and management of sold in business across Circana’s Media Products, including alignment to client learning objectives. This includes owning kick off calls & docs, project status updates, curating the final story, and communicating product updates/ expanded capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand adoption of Circana Media Products. Analyze data and measurement results in partnership with Delivery to develop insights and inform client on key learnings, recommendations, and actionable takeaways. Support cross-functional account partners with context from Media Solutions to build a complete understanding of the business.
  • Ensure quality and data integrity of sold in work. Act as a client-facing product and marketing solutions expert for projects. Know how our measurement capabilities work in detail. 
  • Lead audience workshops across mid and top clients, responsible for cross-selling proactive recommendations to client partners.
  • Translate client needs into growth initiatives demonstrating critical thinking and problem solving and commitment to quality and excellent client service.
  • Engage cross-functionally with other internal teams to deliver solutions to clients and/or proactively resolve client issues.

Requirements

  • Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or a related quantitative or marketing field.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in task-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with ability to tailor messages to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving, agile environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Preferred 3-5 years experience in the Media ecosystem (including CPG, Retail, Agencies, Research and/or Sales); experience with insights and analytics in an account management role.

Location: Remote, USA.  Chicago, IL or New York, NY preferred.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 USD.    This job is also eligible for bonus pay.   We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.   An offer of employment may be conditional upon successful completion of a background check in accordance with local legislation and our candidate privacy notice.
