Senior Digital Learning & AI Content Developer

Resilinc is hiring a Senior Digital Learning & AI Content Developer to build and scale a modern, AI-forward Academy experience for customers, partners, and internal teams.

This is a hands-on individual-contributor role for someone who can take complex product and domain knowledge and quickly turn it into clear, engaging, high-quality digital learning content.

The ideal candidate is a strong content creator, video producer, learning technologist, and AI-enabled builder. They should be comfortable researching, scripting, producing, editing, publishing, and improving digital learning assets using modern AI and multimedia tools.

Because this is expected to be a lean or solo function initially, the successful candidate must be highly self-directed and capable of owning the full content lifecycle from idea to published experience.

Create Modern Digital Learning Content

Personally create and maintain:

• Short-form product videos
• Tutorials and walkthroughs
• Customer onboarding journeys
• Interactive learning modules
• Product-release education
• Role-based learning paths
• Certifications and assessments
• Internal enablement content
• Quick-reference guides
• Webinar and event content
• AI-assisted multimedia assets

Turn complex technical concepts into concise, visually strong, easy-to-consume learning experiences for enterprise users.

Use AI to Accelerate Content Production

Use modern AI tools to improve speed and quality across:

• Research and content planning
• Script writing and storyboarding
• Summarization
• Translation and localization
• Voiceover
• Video editing
• Graphics and visual creation
• Quiz and assessment generation
• Content repurposing
• Knowledge extraction from product and SME sessions

Continuously evaluate new AI tools and workflows that can shorten production cycles and improve content quality.

Produce High-Quality Video and Multimedia

• Create polished product videos, tutorials, demos, and learning assets.
• Use modern video-editing and AI-assisted production tools.
• Apply AI-generated voice, captions, translation, animation, avatars, and visual effects where useful.
• Build reusable templates and production standards.
• Convert product demonstrations, SME sessions, and technical walkthroughs into scalable digital content.

Partner With Subject Matter Experts

• Work directly with Product, Services, Support, Engineering, Sales, and customer-facing teams.
• Extract knowledge quickly and efficiently from subject matter experts.
• Convert technical discussions into clear customer-facing learning.
• Keep content aligned with product releases, customer workflows, and strategic priorities.
• Minimize SME time while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Build Scalable Learning Journeys

• Design structured onboarding experiences for customers and internal teams.
• Create role-based learning paths and certification programs.
• Reduce dependence on repetitive instructor-led training.
• Build content that helps users become self-sufficient faster.
• Support customer adoption and product usage through digital enablement.

Own the Academy Content Experience

• Organize and maintain learning content within the Academy platform.
• Keep assets current, searchable, accessible, and easy to navigate.
• Manage publishing, updates, versioning, and retirement of outdated content.
• Maintain consistent quality and branding.
• Work comfortably within an LMS while keeping the focus on content quality and user experience rather than platform administration.

Measure and Improve Effectiveness

Track and improve:

• Video and course engagement
• Completion rates
• Learning-path and certification progress
• Customer and employee feedback
• Self-service usage
• Time to create and publish content
• Content freshness and usage

Use data to determine what content is working and what should be improved, replaced, or retired.

Success in this role will be measured by:

• 5+ years of experience in digital learning, content development, customer education, enablement, instructional design, multimedia production, or related roles
• Strong hands-on experience creating digital learning content
• Strong experience using AI tools for content creation and productivity
• Experience producing and editing professional video content
• Strong writing, scripting, editing, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences
• Experience working directly with subject matter experts
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital-learning technologies
• Strong visual and content-design instincts
• Ability to manage multiple content initiatives independently
• High attention to detail and quality
• Ability to operate with limited supervision in a fast-moving environment

• Advanced experience with generative AI tools for writing, video, voice, translation, graphics, or learning content
• Experience with AI video creation, synthetic voice, avatars, automated editing, or multimedia-generation tools
• Experience building learning content for enterprise SaaS or technology products
• Experience with AI, data, analytics, supply chain, risk, compliance, or enterprise software
• Experience with rapid video-production workflows
• Experience building certifications or role-based learning programs
• Experience supporting global audiences and multilingual content
• Experience using analytics to improve learning engagement
• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality videos, tutorials, courses, or digital learning assets
