Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create engaging, high-converting e-commerce email designs that align with client brand guidelines and drive retention metrics. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to transform campaign concepts into responsive, visually compelling email layouts built for mobile and desktop rendering.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design dynamic e-commerce email templates, promotional banners, product showcases, and modular layouts.
  • Build and set up designed email templates directly within Email Service Providers (ESPs) such as Klaviyo.
  • Collaborate with marketing strategists and copywriters to interpret campaign objectives into visual solutions.
  • Maintain visual brand consistency across client assets, typography, color palettes, and overall aesthetics.
  • Edit and optimize image assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma for fast load times and sharp display.
  • Ensure all designs are mobile-responsive and visually optimized across major platforms (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo).
  • Participate in creative brainstorming, work within project deadlines, and stay current on email design trends.
Requirements & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio featuring B2C e-commerce digital and email designs.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Hands-on experience building and setting up templates directly within ESPs (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Availability during core US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours for team syncs and client deadlines.
  • Experience designing for US-based e-commerce brands or within an email marketing agency environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, composition, and mobile-first design principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple client deadlines concurrently.
