Position: Audiobook QA Expert — Dutch
Type: Contract
Compensation: $15–$20/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Listen to AI-narrated audiobooks in Dutch and assess the naturalness, accuracy, and enjoyment of the narration.
• Spot and log errors in synthesized speech, including skipped, added, or mispronounced words, incorrect numbers, and unnatural phrasing.
• Categorize issues and mark the exact span where they occur using our review tooling.
• Report on overall listener satisfaction, highlighting where narration feels natural and where it breaks the experience.
• Work consistently and carefully across many hours of audio without losing attention to detail.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (Netherlands).
• Active, genuine audiobook listener with real opinions on what makes a good listen.
• Enough working English to report clearly and communicate with the team.
• Experience with annotation, labeling, transcription, proofreading, linguistics, or other detail-oriented review work.
• Reliable availability of about 20 hours/week on a part-time basis.

Preferred

• Experience on AI training-data, model-evaluation, or audio/QA annotation projects.
• Background in language, editing, voice, or audio production.
