Job description

The Principal Operations Analyst, Flex Business Partner plays a critical role in leading Flex initiatives and translating strategic programs into scalable, executable operating models across the GTM organization. This role is designed for a strong self-starter who can operate independently, bring structure to ambiguity, and proactively identify and solve business problems.

This individual drives the design, launch, and operationalization of Flex and other strategic programs, applying disciplined project management to establish clear workplans, ownership, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines. The role ensures activities are completed on schedule, risks are addressed early, stakeholders remain aligned, and programs transition seamlessly from planning through rollout, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement. Success requires sound judgment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional leaders without reliance on prescriptive direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of Flex initiatives, aligning stakeholders, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes across Product, GTM and Operation teams

  • Operationalize strategic programs by translating business objectives into scalable processes, governance, roles, metrics, and execution plans

  • Manage programs from design through launch, adoption, and optimization using detailed project plans, defined milestones, dependencies, owners, and timelines to ensure all activities are completed on schedule and rollouts are seamless

  • Define, track, and drive accountability to business KPIs and program outcomes, using insights to identify adoption gaps and improvement opportunities

  • Develop and maintain business requirements, integrated project plans, implementation roadmaps, and readiness plans for new or evolving programs

  • Proactively identify and manage business risks, execution gaps, dependencies, and friction points, escalating issues early and driving mitigation plans to protect timelines and rollout readiness

  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve process and system gaps and implement durable solutions—not just recommendations

  • Document current- and future-state processes to establish scalable playbooks, controls, and operational standards

  • Assess downstream impacts to the field organization and drive targeted communication, enablement, and change adoption as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives between Product organizations and Go-To-Market teams, with a record of delivering milestones and rollouts on time

  • Demonstrated success operating as a selfstarter, prioritizing work effectively across multiple high‑stakes initiatives

  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex or ambiguous issues into executable actions

  • Track record of creating structure where none exists and improving operational discipline at scale

  • Ability to influence across multiple functions and leadership levels without formal authority

  • Data‑driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and using insights to guide leadership decisions

  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth, and evolving environments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, business analytics, or a related field within a technology or high‑growth environment

  • Proven success managing and executing high-impact initiatives that require cross-departmental alignment, disciplined milestone tracking, risk management, and on-time delivery

  • Strong written, verbal, and executive‑level communication skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while partnering effectively across teams
