Client Service and Support Representative

Please note the following:

  • We are currently hiring for multiple positions in our Processing and Client Relations teams.
  • This is a contract ending on April 30, 2027.
  • All roles require working rotating shifts - Monday through Friday between 8 am and 8pm EST for our Processing team or between 8 am and 8 pm EST for our Advisor Service Centre.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Position Overview

Processing Team

  • Account administration and trade execution of all financial and non-financial transactions on our client’s various mutual fund retail account types.
  • Contact internal and external clients to ensure timely resolution of not in good order transactions.

Advisor Service Centre Team

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience to investment advisors, their support teams and investors in our inbound contact centre.
  • Work directly with advisors and investors to provide them with the support they need to educate and plan their short-term and long-term investment strategies.


What We Are Looking For

  • College Diploma required (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) are required.
  • Strong Communication skills in French (verbal and written) would be considered as an asset. However, please note that Bilingualism (French & English) is required for applicants within the province of Quebec.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client experience.

Competitive Pay for Specialized Talent

This contract role offers a flexible, hourly compensation model that reflects your expertise and the value you bring. The hourly rate ranges from $26.40 to $33.80, based on experience and qualifications.
