JOB DESCRIPTION


O profissional DevOps/SRE atuará para garantir a alta disponibilidade, desempenho e resiliência dos sistemas, alinhando os objetivos de negócio com a confiabilidade técnica.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS


  • Implementação de monitoramento proativo e observabilidade nos sistemas;
  • Automatização de processos manuais repetitivos, com foco em CI/CD,deployments e escalabilidade;
  • Atuação em gestão de incidentes com resposta rápida e análise da causa raiz;
  • Colaboração com os times de desenvolvimento e infraestrutura para otimizarfl uxos e sistemas;
  • Setup e administração de ambientes relacionados (EKS, ECS, ELB, SQS, APIsdiversas, etc);
  • Manter os SLA’s de disponibilidade acordados para os serviços;
  • Monitorar e atuar sobre alertas de desempenho e estabilidade de ambiente;
  • Realizar testes de resiliência e implementar melhorias com base nos resultados;
  • Desenvolver automações para redução de tempo de resposta e escalabilidadede recursos;
  • Criar e administrar o ambientes em AWS;
  • Migrar recursos entre contas AWS ou de outros provedores para AWS.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS


  • Grau de escolaridade: Graduação completa em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia de Computação, ou áreas afins. 
  • Monitoramento: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Zabbix ou similares;
  • CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, ou outras soluções adequadas;
  • Infraestrutura como Código: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, etc;
  • Logs e Observabilidade: ELK Stack, Splunk, ou ferramentas correlatas;
  • Serviços AWS relacionados: EKS, ECS, ELB, SQS, APIs, etc;
  • Desejável conhecimentos e vivência em ambiente bancário.
