  • Review and refine finance business processes, driving simplicity, standardisation, and automation.

  • Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using Workday Report Writer

  • Stay current with new Workday functionality, assessing release updates for relevance and value to Finance.

  • Enhancement Projects (50%)

  • Lead and support Workday/Adaptive projects from design to delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, and deployment.

  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Technology, and HCM colleagues to deliver integrated cross-functional solutions.

  • Document “as-is” and “to-be” processes, ensuring clear traceability of requirements and measurable benefits.

  • Support change management activities including testing, training, and communications to ensure successful adoption.

  • Contribute to roadmap planning and help shape the future direction of the Workday Finance platform.
