Medhouse is looking for an exceptional Oncology Sales Specialist to join our field-based team and help improve patient outcomes through strategic customer engagement and scientific excellence.

About the Role

As an Oncology Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for achieving brand sales objectives while keeping the patient at the center of every decision. You will build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), provide scientifically sound information, and execute territory plans based on data-driven insights. You’ll also contribute beyond your individual territory by supporting peers and participating in cross-functional initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through effective management of territory budget and resources

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, grounded in scientific knowledge and empathy

• Develop and execute an annual territory business plan aligned with market dynamics and brand strategy

• Leverage key data sources to drive strategic decision-making and planning

• Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure shared success

• Mentor and peer-coach fellow sales specialists, sharing best practices to elevate team performance

• Contribute to broader company initiatives, special projects, and events beyond your territory focus


Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with a high level of scientific understanding, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate the oncology space with confidence and professionalism.


To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or similar educational background

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative

• Previous experience working in the biologics market

• Proven background in oncology, including knowledge of disease areas and treatment paradigms

• Strong customer engagement skills and the ability to communicate complex clinical concepts clearly

• A proactive, self-driven mindset with excellent organizational and planning skills

• Proficiency in standard business software (e.g., Word, Excel, databases, email platforms)

• Fluency in English is mandatory
