Job description

Ecommerce Operations Lead
Remote (PST hours preferred) — The Global Talent Co., on behalf of an established DTC health & wellness brand

About the role

We're hiring an Ecommerce Operations Lead for a fast-growing DTC health & wellness brand looking to bring more rigor and speed to how their Shopify storefront runs day to day. This is a hands-on, ownership role: you'll be the primary operator of the site — building PDPs, managing collections, launching promotions, and keeping the entire storefront accurate and on-brand as the catalog and campaigns scale.

You'll work closely with the Senior Digital Commerce Manager on website enhancements and CRO initiatives, and partner across Category, Marketing, Creative, and Customer Experience to keep the site launch-ready at all times.

What you'll do

  • Own day-to-day administration of the Shopify storefront — product setup, PDPs, collections, landing pages, and site content

  • Configure and launch new products, bundles, subscriptions, and promotions

  • Manage navigation, search, product visibility, and onsite merchandising

  • Coordinate homepage updates, seasonal campaigns, and featured product placements

  • Keep pricing, imagery, ingredients, reviews, and product content accurate and current

  • Retire discontinued products and manage redirects and site cleanup

  • QA every website update and launch before it goes live

  • Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues (broken links, merchandising gaps, friction points), and partner with developers/agencies on fixes

  • Run regular site audits and support CRO testing initiatives

  • Coordinate website deliverables for product launches and campaigns end to end

  • Manage ecommerce workstreams in Asana — templates, workflows, and documentation

  • Track deliverables to keep projects on time, and help build out SOPs and best practices

  • Report on key ecommerce metrics and surface insights for continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify — this is non-negotiable

  • Excellent attention to detail — you catch what others miss, especially under launch pressure

  • Comfortable owning a storefront independently: merchandising, QA, and troubleshooting without heavy hand-holding

  • Experience with Asana or similar project/workflow tools

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator — you'll work with Marketing, Creative, Category, and Customer Experience regularly

  • Available to work core hours aligned with Pacific Time (PST)
