Job description

Junior Sales Operations Specialist (Bi-lingual Spanish and English)

We are seeking a skilled Junior Sales Operations Specialist for our Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Sales Ops best practices, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements, assessing pipeline health, optimizing Salesforce workflows, enhancing CRM to deliver value to the company by improving forecasting and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Process Improvement:

  • Analyze sales trends, pipeline health, and conversion rates for commercial impact and to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Issue timely temporary and permanent license keys, to ensure customer system stability
  • Prepare and report monthly and quarterly analytics and dashboards, to support operational requirements
  • Support upkeep of regional pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with finance and sales teams to resolve discrepancies in orders, pricing, or contracts.
  • Document system processes, business rules, and configurations.

CRM and Data Management:

  • Maintain, and optimize Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate data and proper storage of contractual documents.
  • Assist the sales team with booking new orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits and cleansing activities.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide business insights.
  • Support the order processing workflow, ensuring completed approvals and documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training for Salesforce users.

Business Partnering and Cross Functional Support:

  • Partner with marketing, finance, product and customer success teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Work closely with Sales team to drive governance of best-in-class CRM usage for opportunity management, including timely status updates, error reporting, quote approvals, etc.
  • Assist in implementing new Salesforce features and system enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Reports & Dashboards).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to system improvements.

Compensation CAD 50-60K

Location: Remote Ontario
