Job Type Full-time Description

Position Summary 

The Senior Recruiter will lead full lifecycle recruitment efforts to identify, attract, and hire highly skilled radiologists and advanced practice providers (APPs), directly supporting LucidHealth’s growth and clinical care strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about connecting top talent with an organization dedicated to delivering superior patient care.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, phone screens, interviews, and candidate selection.
  • Proactively identify and source radiology candidates nationwide to build a strong, ongoing talent pipeline.
  • Anticipate recruitment challenges and propose innovative strategies to overcome barriers and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate candidate documentation and provide reporting to practice leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate in-person interviews with hospital sites and physician practices.
  • Partner with marketing to develop and execute social media campaigns and enhance external communications.
  • Build talent pipelines through specialty conferences, residency and fellowship program engagement, and industry events.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing feedback throughout the process.
  • Screen candidates through CV reviews and interview feedback to ensure alignment with clinical and organizational standards.
  • Manage candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and across job boards.
  • Collaborate with practice leadership to assess staffing needs, support practice initiatives, and align with organizational strategy.
  • Act as a candidate liaison during the contracting process, ensuring a smooth transition.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Utilize internal and external data/analytics to guide recruitment strategy and stakeholder communications.
  • Partner with training and credentialing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and information transfer for new hires.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
  • 6+ years of recruitment experience, with recent direct experience in physician, physician assistant, and nurse practitioner recruitment.
