About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Ad Operations professional to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot programmatic advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with platforms such as Google Display & Video 360 (DV360), The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, or similar DSPs and understands the full campaign lifecycle from campaign setup and targeting to pacing, optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable managing multiple campaigns, analyzing performance data, identifying delivery issues, and making optimization decisions that improve campaign results and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, launch, manage, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and similar platforms.

  • Manage campaign structure including advertisers, insertion orders, line items, creatives, budgets, bids, targeting, frequency caps, and flight dates.

  • Monitor daily campaign delivery, pacing, spend, performance, and KPIs.

  • Optimize campaigns toward objectives including CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, viewability, completion rate, conversions, and ROAS.

  • Manage audience, contextual, geographic, device, inventory, placement, and supply-source targeting.

  • Troubleshoot campaign underdelivery, overspend, low win rates, creative issues, tracking discrepancies, and inventory limitations.

  • Analyze DSP reporting and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and media efficiency.

  • Manage and validate pixels, conversion tracking, click trackers, impression trackers, and third-party measurement.

  • Work with programmatic inventory across display, video, mobile app, CTV, and other digital formats.

  • Understand and troubleshoot the programmatic buying flow between DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, publishers, and measurement vendors.

  • Work with internal commercial and technical teams on campaign requirements, inventory availability, targeting, and performance.

  • Prepare campaign reports and clearly communicate performance, issues, and optimization actions to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation and ensure campaigns are launched and managed according to agreed requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of hands-on programmatic campaign management / Ad Operations experience.

  • Strong practical experience with at least one major DSP, preferably Google DV360.

  • Experience with campaign pacing, budget management, bidding, optimization, and troubleshooting.

  • Understanding of display and video advertising formats and creative specifications.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make optimization decisions based on campaign data.

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Xandr, Yahoo DSP, or similar platforms.

  • Experience with CTV, video, and mobile app campaigns.

  • Understanding of OpenRTB, VAST, Prebid, ads.txt/app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and supply-chain concepts.

  • Experience with third-party verification and measurement platforms such as DoubleVerify, IAS, or similar solutions.

  • Experience working with both buy-side and sell-side programmatic teams.
