SVP, Regional Sales Manager

Lima One Capital’s SVP, Regional Manager supports a POD of Regional Loan Officers and Regional Loan Officer, Business Development representatives within the Outside Sales organization.

You’ll have dedicated partners with account managers, sales development reps, and a Deal Desk to enable quick upfront deal analysis and pre-screening. Responsibilities:

• Talent Development: Coach a team of loan officers to exceed expectations, providing constructive feedback and support daily. Provide opportunities for advancement within your team and address performance concerns.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Recruit new reps for your team and support Revenue Operations team in onboarding and ramping up new hires. 
• Pipeline Management: Ensure effective management of the Outside Sales pipeline – ensuring deals track for closure and complete on time. Maintain knowledge of loans in the same status or above a certain threshold. Collaborate with underwriting, processing, account management, etc. to support your team’s production.
• Reporting: Provide detailed projections and metrics for your team’s performance to leadership.

Equivalent Education Level Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or the equivalent industry experience.

• Industry Experience: Experience in investment real estate sales lending (Business Purpose Lending), with a deep understanding of the real estate investment property industry
• Recruitment: Ability to quickly build out a team of Outside Loan Officers from prior contacts or experience
• Production: Proven track record of production, with a history of building a Book of Business or Investor Network that compliments Lima One’s loan product suite of Fix and Flip, New Construction, Rental Property (DSCR), and Bridge loans
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of three years of sales experience
• Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office & Salesforce CRM, ability to adapt and implement new technologies
• Competitive Mindset: Proven track record of achieving KPIs and other departmental goals
• Mentor Mentality: Proven experience leading & developing teams, with the ability to navigate the challenges of being a ‘working’ leader on the sales floor
• Communication Skills: Ability to hold resourceful and significant conversations and conduct proactive follow-ups with internal & external teams
• Certifications: Active NMLS License or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
