About the RoleThis is a senior, highly visible role that demands architect-level technical vision and masterful client management. As the Delivery Lead & Solutions Architect, you will own the end-to-end technical delivery of custom implementations and enterprise integrations. You will serve as the trusted technical advisor to our clients, translating complex business problems into scalable architectures, while actively leading a full-stack engineering team (JavaScript, React, Node.js) to bring those solutions to life using modern, AI-driven development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery Leadership: Own the successful technical delivery of client projects. Manage scope, mitigate technical risks, and ensure solutions are delivered on time and to the highest enterprise standards.
  
• Enterprise Architecture: Act as the lead architect on all assigned accounts. Design highly scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures and integrations tailored to complex enterprise environments.
  
• Customer-Facing Technical Advisory: Lead technical workshops, architectural reviews, and discovery sessions. Serve as the definitive technical voice in the room for C-level executives, IT Directors, and platform owners.
  
• Hands-On Full-Stack Engineering: Maintain a hands-on approach to development, writing and reviewing critical code utilizing JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Node.js.
  
• AI-Driven Development: Champion the integration of AI tools (e.g., LLMs, Copilots, AI agents) to optimize the software development lifecycle and embed intelligent features into client deliverables.
  
• Team Mentorship & Direction: Provide day-to-day technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship to the development team, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices.
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including experience operating at an Architect, Principal Engineer, or equivalent level.
  
• Extensive experience as a Delivery Lead, Technical Engagement Manager, Forward Deployed Architect, or similar role within a B2B enterprise SaaS environment.
  
• Deep, hands-on full-stack development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Node.js.
  
• Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to manage expectations, navigate technical challenges, and build trust with enterprise stakeholders.
  
• Demonstrated experience leading the technical delivery of complex software projects from discovery through launch.
  
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development practices and integrating AI capabilities into software solutions.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, autonomous, fully remote environment.
  

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow experience, particularly with UI Builder, integrations, custom components, or portal architecture.
