Overview:

Must be located in Central or Eastern time zone.

Sports background required

We Are Lucky Strike Entertainment.

Bowling, Arcade, Family Entertainment Centers. One company. Twelve brands. A career built around unforgettable experiences. Hospitality at our core; we put people first by creating meaningful connections and delivering memorable experiences to every guest, every time.

The Social Media Coordinator drives day-to-day publishing, coordination, and community engagement across Professional Bowlers Association (PBA) social channels. This entry-level, remote role supports content programming for the PBA Tour, PBA Elite Regional Tour, PBA Senior Tour, PBA Junior, and special events — including live tournament coverage, award season, athlete storytelling, and partner activations — working closely with the social, marketing, content, and design teams.

What You'll Do

  • Draft, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X against a weekly content calendar.

  • Support live event coverage — leaderboards, winner graphics, highlights, clips, and real-time updates during tournament weeks, including weekends.

  • Support PBA Elite Regional Tour programming, including Tournament of the Week promotion, daily updates, and coordination with streaming partners.

  • Coordinate creative requests with designers and track them through to delivery.

  • Support tentpole moments including award season, player announcements, activations, and sponsor/partner collaborations.

  • Manage community engagement: monitor comments and messages, surface conversations worth joining, and ensure players and partners are tagged, credited, and amplified.

  • Coordinate user-generated content with athletes and streaming partners, including capture around practice days and event weekends.

  • Pull weekly performance metrics and support reporting on channel growth and content performance.

  • Maintain shared planning documents and content calendars so the full team has visibility into what is publishing and when.

What You'll Bring

  • Knowledge of the sport of bowling, its players, and its competitive landscape strongly preferred — as a fan, league bowler, or competitor.

  • Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms, especially short-form content trends and best practices.

  • Highly organized and reliable, able to manage multiple deadlines and communicate proactively when something is at risk.

  • A positive, coachable teammate who shares work early, takes direction well, and thrives in a small team with a defined process.

  • Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for platform-native copy.

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends during tournament weeks and live events, with occasional travel to tournaments and shoots.

  • Working knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro preferred; basic graphic design ability a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field, plus 1–3 years of relevant social/digital media experience preferred; internships and creator experience considered.
