Our client is a U.S. based entertainment company with decades of history in the industry looking for a Social Media Growth Hacker to elevate their online presence.

This isn't a standard social media management role driven by content calendars. Instead, we’re looking for someone fascinated by why content spreads. Someone who loves experimenting with creative strategies to organically boost reach, engagement, and audience growth.

You should be naturally fluent in internet culture, memes, and fandoms, while bringing a deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithm mechanics.

The ideal candidate has already grown their own accounts, cultivated online communities, and enjoys building relationships with creators. We value resourcefulness and real world results. A sharp sense of humor is super welcome as well.

Responsabilities:

• Design and execute tests across content formats and hooks, using retention and share data to double down on what works and discard what doesn’t
• Craft sharp, culturally relevant copy, memes, and concepts that tap into emerging internet trends, platform shifts, and fandoms
• Uncover unconventional distribution channels and build strategic alliances with creators and online communities to exponentially amplify reach
• Identify and pitch out of the box growth tactics independently

Requirements:
• Proven experience successfully growing a social media account, brand presence, or online community from scratch
• Deep fluency in Instagram and TikTok mechanics, algorithms, and growth signals like retention, hooks, and shareability
• Razor sharp copywriting skills with a native, instinctive understanding of internet culture, memes, and humor
• A highly resourceful and experimental mindset
• Fluent English (flawless written and verbal communication)

Highly Preferred:

• Active relationships with digital creators in the entertainment, comics, and humor verticals

Compensation
$8/hr – $15/hr
