We’re a social enterprise dedicated to advancing the well-being of children through the development of essential human skills. As a Senior Client Success Manager at CFC, you'll build long-term client relationships that drive satisfaction, product adoption, and commercial success through renewals and expansions. This role manages a book of business and contributes to team strategy, messaging, and process development. Senior CSMs lead renewal and expansion conversations and negotiations, forecast performance, and drive strategic account planning. They also mentor junior team members, influence cross-functional initiatives, and serve as key contributors of client success and organizational growth.
