This Clinical Performance Improvement Lead (CPIL) has clinical experience to optimize healthcare processes, enhance patient care and safety, and improve operational efficiency. Using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, this position leads cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, design solutions, and implement changes. Leveraging data-driven decision-making, the CPIL analyzes clinical data and performance metrics to guide improvements and validate outcomes.
