About Zuora

At Zuora, we help businesses grow smarter and adapt faster. Our platform powers modern business models — from subscriptions and usage-based pricing to AI-driven and outcome-based offerings — helping companies launch new products, automate complex billing, and unlock predictable, recurring revenue.

We’ve led the Subscription Economy for more than a decade. Now we’re evolving again by building the definitive platform for quote to cash and helping companies monetize their products and services with an adaptable, AI-ready foundation.

The Opportunity

Drive transparency, predictability, and insights to the organization through actionable GTM reporting and business intelligence at scale across all levels of the organization.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Support our GTM strategy through a portfolio of dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights
  • Build out a standardized and effective forecasting framework and review process with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain reusable definitions in markdown-based documentation and other shared knowledge assets to support team enablement and skill-building
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer critical business questions and deliver data-driven insights
  • Proactively identify opportunities to further fuel our GTM organization's growth

About You

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 4+ years' experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business analyst, or financial analyst role
  • Proficiency with Claude Code (Anthropic's agentic command-line coding tool), or comparable AI-assisted development/automation tools, to build and maintain reporting scripts, automate data pipelines, and accelerate ad hoc analysis
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a solid ability to drive towards action and impact
  • Experience with data modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data science techniques
  • Motivation to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance
  • Ability to work in a dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to manage analytic projects from inception to delivery, including developing structured scalable solutions
  • Understanding of how sales models/sales processes work as well as sales forecasting business processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Champion AI-first approaches to analytics, reporting, and business intelligence
  • Experience in SaaS, subscription, consumption, or recurring revenue business models
  • Experience with forecasting, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling
  • Experience supporting CFO, CRO, or executive leadership teams
