Job description

Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:30PM - 11:00PM ET

This position reports to:Manager Operations, Corporate Travel

Senior Corporate Travel Advisors deliver exceptional travel management services to our established corporate accounts. Candidates must possess strong working knowledge of corporate travel technologies, including Global Distribution Systems (Sabre preferred), online booking tools (OBTs), omnichannel communication platforms and industry software. 

Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Efficiently and accurately process domestic and international itineraries including air, rail and ground transportation to meet diverse client requirements.
  • Interpret complex fare quotes to secure optimal pricing and routing.
  • Consistently meet operational performance benchmarks, maintaining a target volume of 250 transactions per month.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge and practical application of corporate travel tools and software, including GDS (Sabre), NDC, Booking Builder, Groundspan, GDSX, and flight disruption management platforms.
  • Utilize omnichannel communication systems to deliver seamless service across client channels.
  • Engage internal and external rate desks to optimize booking options and ensure policy compliance.
  • Strictly adhere to corporate operational standards, account-specific travel policies, and security guidelines, including PCI compliance and data confidentiality protocols.
  • Consistently utilize quality control systems and maintain complete, accurate passenger data.
  • Deliver against contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), consistently achieving established benchmarks for response times and overall work quality.
  • Actively promote account-preferred vendors and corporate partner programs to maximize value for clients.
  • Provide exemplary customer service by delivering tailored solutions, anticipating client needs, and documenting value-added contributions.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and constructive communication with clients and team members.
  • Maintain current industry expertise through continuous professional development and completion of annual required training hours.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years Corporate Travel Advisor experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent

PC Skills:Sabre GDS, Google Workspace, industry tools

Language Skills: 

Ability to communicate in standard business English both written and spoken. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.

Travel (for positions requiring travel):

  • Requires ability to travel by car, plane and train for prolonged periods of time domestically and internationally and to move and transport personal luggage.
