Responsibilities

  • Prepare migration plan: schedule, trial migrations, production migration.
  • Coordinate three parties of the project: Enova, client, SAP system owner.
  • Establish boundary assumptions with the client: scope outside the offer, pricing model (Fixed Price / TM / mix), GDPR issues with test data.
  • Manage schedule risks - including risk of delay starting in the middle of the tax year.
  • Gather missing information from the client (data volume, SAP system version, availability of the person who created templates).

This is a remote position.

Do projektu migracji danych enova365 do SAP potrzebujemy osoby, która zaplanuje i poprowadzi projekt, koordynując cztery strony: zespół migracyjny dostawcę danych źródłowych, klienta i właściciela docelowego systemu SAP, a także przygotuje go-live i plan cutover.


Zakres odpowiedzialności:
  • Przygotowanie planu migracji: harmonogram, migracje próbne, migracja produkcyjna.
  • Koordynacja trzech stron projektu: Enova, klient, właściciel systemu SAP.
  • Ustalenie z klientem założeń brzegowych: zakres poza ofertą, model rozliczenia (Fixed Price / T&M / mix), kwestie RODO przy danych testowych.
  • Zarządzanie ryzykiem harmonogramu - w tym ryzykiem przesunięcia startu w środek roku podatkowego.
  • Zbieranie brakujących informacji od klienta (wolumen danych, wersja systemu SAP, dostępność osoby, która tworzyła szablony).

Requirements

  • Min. 6 lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu projektami IT.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów migracji danych do SAP (ECC i S/4HANA).
  • Umiejętność koordynowania wielostronnych zespołów (dostawca źródła, klient, właściciel systemu).
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami z twardym terminem.

Mile widziane:
  • Certyfikat w obszarze zarządzania projektami (np. PMP, Prince2).
  • Znajomość specyfiki migracji z enova365.
