What you'll be doing:

  • As a Local NPI Engineer, you will provide on-site engineering support for all Assembly and Process issues
  • The working place base at the factory in FXN Guadalajara, Mexico
  • Escorting and Process Validation activities and DOEs
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products to meet project requirements
  • Drive CMs to excellence in aspects of manufacturing process, quality management and HVM mindset

What we need to see:

  • B.Sc. or equivalent experience. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in PCBA manufacturing, including knowledge of PCB design, SMT process, mechanical assembly and testing processes.
  • Experience in leading projects with multiple CMs/vendors
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues during the product development process.
  • Familiar with ICT / JTAG technology and/or functional tests
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent English, reading, writing, and presentation capabilities.
  • Relevant Courses: Project management (advantage), Quality/process-related courses
