Job Description

We are adding our first internal Product Designer to our growing team! User experience is a key pillar of Diana Health’s care model and this role will be crucial in ensuring that our users get the support they need from our digital products. For that reason, we are looking for a product designer who is passionate about creating great UI & UX, and excited to play a role in improving the lives of our patients and providers through our digital products. The designer will do this by collaborating across numerous functions to facilitate the design process from research and ideation through testing and launch for both our patient app and our provider digital experience. 

What you will do:

• Collaborate with product and engineering to design our patient app and provider digital products 
• In partnership with product, conduct user research to understand user needs and problems
• Use identified needs to facilitate ideation and solution validation 
• Create user flows, prototypes, wireframes to communicate these ideas
• Design high fidelity UIs for our patient and provider applications
• Work with engineering to support optimal implementation and QA designs prior to launch
• Continue to monitor digital experiences to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full time product design experience working with product managers and engineers
• Experience designing for mobile first experiences and/or native apps
• Highly organized and able to bring that organizational mindset to complex problems
• Interest in and/or experience working in healthcare
• Enjoys working collaboratively and is a team player
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast paced environment
