The ideal candidate combines strong executive presence and relationship management with sharp commercial instincts, knows how to navigate complex organizations, build relationships across multiple levels, uncover opportunities, and create urgency.

  • Proactively identify, develop, and close expansion opportunities by connecting client needs to Wealth.com's broader platform and solutions.

  • Own renewal and commercial conversations, including pricing, negotiation, procurement, and contracting.

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor who understands each client's business, operating model, priorities, and opportunities for growth.

  • Lead executive business reviews and strategic conversations that demonstrate measurable value, surface opportunities, and advance the partnership.

  • Maintain a strong command of account health, adoption, engagement, and organizational dynamics to proactively mitigate risk and identify growth opportunities.

  • Own an accurate revenue forecast and pipeline with clear visibility into expansion opportunities, renewals, risks, decision-makers, and next steps.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, Compliance, and leadership to mobilize the right resources around strategic opportunities and client needs.

  • Represent the voice of our largest clients internally and translate client and market insights into opportunities to strengthen Wealth.com's product and commercial strategy.

  • Identify repeatable strategies and best practices that strengthen enterprise retention and expansion across the organization.

  • Be a positive leader within the Account Management team by sharing best practices, helping teammates grow, and bringing a collaborative, solution-oriented approach to challenges.

  • Ability to independently own a portfolio, protect existing revenue, build a healthy expansion pipeline, and consistently deliver against commercial targets.

  • Ability to anticipate risks and opportunities before they surface.

  • Confidence in executive and commercial conversations with a solution-oriented mindset.
