Location: Remote (U.S. based candidates only)

Job Type: Remote, Part-Time (flexible scheduling, W2)

Compensation: $25/hour

Join Think Academy as a part-time 1-on-1 Math Tutor. Provide personalized, one-on-one support to help students strengthen their understanding of concepts from their long-term Think Academy classes on a schedule that works for you.

About Think Academy

What You'll Do

  • Provide 1-on-1 support to students, reinforcing concepts from their long-term Think Academy math class
  • Help students work through specific questions, homework, or areas of difficulty
  • Submit your weekly availability; teach sessions as students book them within your open slots
  • Communicate professionally with students (and parents, as needed) about progress and areas for improvement

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time — you submit your available time slots each week, and students book sessions within those slots
  • Sessions are scheduled based on student demand within your submitted availability
  • Compensation: $25/hour

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university
  • Strong math foundation; Math, STEM-related, or Education majors preferred
  • Passion for teaching and supporting student growth; strong communication skills
  • Tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or classroom teaching experience is a plus
  • Math competition background (e.g., AMC, Math Kangaroo) is a plus
